I sought out and read some of your articles on the subject, and I really enjoyed reading them as well. What you wrote definitely hit home with my experience, and I appreciate your impactful writing style. Particularly the "to-stop" list; that's a great way of getting across the point that as new managers, we often need to consciously stop ourselves from doing what we're most comfortable doing.

You're not the first person to advise me to break my articles into multiple, smaller ones. Maybe some day I'll actually start doing that. :)
